We took classic West Coast IPA hops Cascade, Chinook, Columbus, and combined them with three of our most favorite hops Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic. The aroma reminds us of our drinking our very first IPA. Flavor is consistent of a well balanced hop bitterness and with quality malt backbone.

Unconventional Ladders
First brewed during the Pandemic Unconventional Ladders started as a single hop series. To be quite honest it was the last box of hops we had in our cooler. We had to think unconventionally in order to overcome the pandemic and the burdens it laid on many of us. Once we brewed it we knew we were sticking with Citra. It is our favorite hop juicy stone fruit, pithy, and citrus. We are so proud to share this beer with you and proud to overcome the Covid-19 Pandemic.
